Can I use this for insulin dosing decisions? +
ClearLi is built primarily with India's health-focused individuals and prediabetics in mind. Type 2 diabetics can use it as a robust marker for quality of life and to see energy dips. For precise insulin dosages, refer to a CGM or prick monitor. We're planning CGM integration soon!
What if I don't know my insulin sensitivity? +
No problem! We provide population-based estimates based on your metabolic state. You can also calculate your QUICKI index using our calculator tool, which requires just fasting insulin and glucose levels from a blood test.
Why are my results different from a friend's? +
Your Food Time Machine is personalised to YOUR metabolic profile. Differences come from: diabetes status, insulin sensitivity, activity level, meal timing, and genetics. Two people can have very different glucose responses to the same food.
