Mini is our monthly Clearli Pro subscription. You get full access to Food Time Machine glucose predictions, the researched FoodList, food journal, Pocket Dietician protocols, Ika the nutritionist, Ika Sniff label assist, and Clear Connect wearables readouts — the same feature set as Pro, billed monthly.

Pro is our annual plan with the same full app access as Mini — Food Time Machine, FoodList, food journal, Pocket Dietician, Ika coach, Ika Sniff, and wearables — at a lower effective monthly rate when paid yearly. Both plans are Clearli Pro; only billing cycle differs.

Yes. On iPhone or Android, manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID / Google Play → Subscriptions (Clearli Pro). Access continues until the end of the current billing period. On clearli.in (web), cancel from your account or email info@clearli.in. Deleting your Clearli account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Play subscription — cancel in store settings too.

Our glucose prediction model is validated against CGMacros — an open-source Type 2 diabetes dataset with CGM readings, meal macros, activity, and participant metadata. CGMacros includes 45 participants (healthy, pre-diabetic, and Type 2) over ten days of free-living meals. We combine peer-reviewed multipliers with this dataset; see Research & citations for sources.

Try before you subscribe: signed-in users can run Food Time Machine once without Pro and send a limited number of free Ika coach messages (lifetime teaser). Ika Sniff requires Clearli Pro. On the App Store or Google Play, any free trial or introductory price shown at checkout is set by Apple or Google for that store listing — follow the prompts on the payment sheet. We do not charge you outside those store flows on mobile.

Against CGMacros-style validation, the model often lands around ~85% accuracy and can reach 90%+ when you enter a personalised insulin-sensitivity value. Individual variation is real — stress, sleep, microbiome, and genetics can shift your response by roughly 10–30%. Treat predictions as wellness guidance, not lab results.

No — not for dosing. Clearli is a wellness and education tool for meal planning, energy awareness, and prediabetes-friendly habits. It can help you spot reactive dips and compare meals, but it is not a substitute for a CGM, finger-stick glucose, or your clinician's insulin orders. Always follow your doctor's plan for medication and dosing. Clear Connect can surface wearable trends; dedicated CGM integrations are on our roadmap.

We encrypt data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), store account and journal data in secured Supabase infrastructure, and never sell your personal health information to advertisers or data brokers. Ika and Sniff use AI: chat text and label images are sent to our cloud gateway and processed via allow-listed models (see our Privacy Policy §08). We do not store label photos; Sniff logs only metadata for fair-use limits. Wearable metrics from HealthKit / Health Connect stay on-device during viewing and are not uploaded as raw streams. On App Store / Google Play, switch between Mini (monthly) and Pro (annual) by changing your Clearli Pro subscription in store settings — Apple or Google handles proration and renewal dates. On web, contact info@clearli.in and we will help move you between plans at the next billing cycle.

iPhone & Android apps: Clearli Premium is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play using the payment method on your Apple ID or Google account. Prices and local currency are shown on the store checkout sheet. Use Restore Purchases on the plans screen if you reinstall. Web (clearli.in): checkout may use Razorpay (cards, UPI, and supported wallets). We never receive or store your full card number.

Clearli Pro auto-renews each month (Mini) or year (Pro) until you cancel. Renewal is charged to your App Store, Google Play, or Razorpay account according to the plan you chose. Refund requests on mobile follow Apple's or Google's refund policies; on web, email info@clearli.in. See Privacy Policy §09 for subscription details.
