The Clearli application (including Clearli Pro auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store) is licensed to you under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, not sold to you.

Subscriptions
Clearli Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (for example monthly “Mini” and annual “Pro”) through the App Store or Google Play. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store terms. Manage or cancel in your device’s subscription settings.
Subscription pricing and duration are shown on the in-app Plans screen and on the store checkout sheet before you confirm purchase.
